This home owned by the basketball great himself, was finished in early 2013. He purchased the 3 acre parcel for a sum of $4.8 USD, where he built this gigantic home. The construction of the home cost him $7.6 million USD alone. 

The home includes 11 bedrooms and a 2-story guard house, a media room, along with a state of the art basketball court. It is located in the exclusive Bear Club Development, which is in the Delray Beach Estates community in the city of Palm Beach, Florida. It counts with over 18,000 sq ft of construction in separated structures and many other amenities that a sports icon like him deserves.
